The line-up for this Sunday's (10th April) Made In LDN has been confirmed.
Returning to the The Cockpit where it began in March, Made In LDN takes place on the second Sunday of every month.
The event sees Interval Productions’ Creative Director Tori Allen-Martin presenting an evening of brand new British musical theatre writing supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
Featured composers this month are Dominic Powell, a BRIT School and Royal Central School of Speech and Drama alumnus, who will be showcasing work from his new musical Cases, and 2015 Stiles and Drewe Best New Song Finalist Laura Kaye Thomson, composer and co-writer of Poppies which played the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year.
Performers taking to the stage will include Richard Carson (Miss Saigon), Hiba Elchikhe (Ghost), Leah Pinney (The Clockmaker’s Daughter) and Chris Brown.
Interval Productions will also be sharing an excerpt from their musical Another Way. Andrew Hawley will play Oliver with Ewa Jenson as Carrie. The piece will be accompanied by a live band led by musical director Aaron Williams with vocals from Tori Allen-Martin and Vince Kidd. Another Way will be directed by Jamie Jackson.
