Elf The Musical has broken box office records at the Dominion Theatre where the show opened on 24th October 2015.

According to press material, Elf has broken the box office record three times for the highest selling show since the Dominion Theatre opened and has also beaten the Dominion’s box office record for the highest grossing week ever.

The Gala Opening Night on Thursday 5th November was in aid of Alzheimer’s Society and raised a gross box office figure of £82,588 for the charity. In addition, the producers will be donating £100,000 from takings on Christmas Eve to two charities – Teenage Cancer Trust and Louise Plowright for her cancer treatment in South Korea.
