EdFringe Review: The Sunset Five at the Pleasance Dome

The Sunset Five is a show devised by DugOut Theatre. We meet an ordinary bunch of friends with their own individual quirks in an uninspiring seaside town in East Anglia. The group live for the quiz at the local boozer, but it doesn't take long for the story to escalate. Before you know it the piece has transformed into a full-scale casino heist!

The Sunset Five is seamlessly underscored with music and audio accompaniment. The writing is witty and imaginative which goes hand in hand with perfectly pitched performances from the entire company. Everyone loves an underdog... and everyone left the Pleasance Dome with a smile on their face. The Sunset Five is a thrillingly fun adventure which tickled me pink from start to finish. Don't miss it!
