Casting has been announced for ‘Sinatra’ The Man & His Music which opens at the London Palladium on 20th July 2015 (previews from 10th July) for a limited season until 10th October 2015.
The show runs 65 years since Frank Sinatra’s first ever European concert took place at the London Palladium in July 1950.
The cast includes: Alistair Postlethwaite, Amy Hollins, Anabel Kutay, Ashley Nottingham, Aston Newman Hannington, Bryony Laura Whitfield, Charis O’Connor, Faye Best, Francis Haugen, Gemma Whitelam, James Revell, Jamie Firth, Liam Paul Jennings, Lucy Banfield, Matt Holland, Niall Swords, Nicola Coates, Rachel Ensor, Christopher Black and Aaron James.
The production is directed by David Gilmore with design by Stufish’s Ray Winkler, projection design by Leo Warner, lighting by Patrick Woodroffe, choreography by Glenn Wilkinson and Jacquie Biggs and musical supervision by Gareth Valentine.
‘Sinatra’ The Man & His Music is the only UK production with the endorsement and support of the Sinatra family and produced in association with Frank Sinatra Enterprises.
In the centenary year of the legendary entertainer’s birth, this extraordinary new multi-media show features ultra-rare and original master recordings of Frank Sinatra. Using cutting edge technology and never-before-seen performance footage, the show takes us on a journey through Sinatra’s life, told by the man himself alongside personal family photographs and film.
Audiences will experience the music of the most iconic voice of a generation, including his greatest hits such as Come Fly With Me, Fly Me To The Moon, New York, New York and My Way. Accompanied by a 24-piece orchestra and a company of 20 dancers and singers, the show is a celebration of Frank Sinatra’s life and times; to many the world’s greatest entertainer.
