Details announced for next West End Frame Award!

We are excited to announce that West End Frame's Best Performance of a Song Award is set to return, with voting opening later this week!

Voting for Best Performance of a Song 2015 opens at 1pm on Friday 8th May and closes at 3pm on Wednesday 27th May. The full nominations list will be published on Thursday (7th May), but keep an eye out on Twitter for some exclusive updates!

Unlike other theatre awards, West End Frame only opens voting for one category at a time and combines male and female actors from new and long-running productions into the same categories (where applicable).

Last year’s Best Performance of a Song Award was won by Tam Mutu for his rendition of ‘Stars’ in Les Miserables. Previous winners also include Rachel Tucker ('Defying Gravity'/Wicked) and Sofia Escobar ('Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again'/The Phantom of the Opera).

The 2015 West End Frame Awards began in March with Sunny Afternoon being named Most Inspiring West End Show. Over 50,000 votes were counted during the 2014 West End Frame Awards.
