Casting has been announced for new musical The Clockmaker’s Daughter which premieres at the Landor Theatre on 1st June (previews from 27th May) for a limited run until 4th July 2015.
Described as an "original musical fairytale", The Clockmaker’s Daughter is by new writers Daniel Finn and Michael Webborn. Set in the Irish town of Spindlewood, The Clockmakers Daughter is built around themes of prejudice, discrimination, animosity and a fear of the unknown.
The cast will be led by Jennifer Harding (Copacabana) as Constance, Alan McHale (The Beautiful Game) as Will and Lawrence Carmichael (South Pacific) as Abraham.
Completing the cast are: Jo Wickham as Ma Riley, Alyssa Martyn as Amelia, Alex Spinney as Henry, Rob McManus as Mayor Glynn, Max Abraham as Sam, Kathryn Laura Aiken as Moll/Young Girl, Paul Bradshaw as Jon, Paul Brangan as Ted, Rebecca Gilliland as Lucille, Natalie Harman as Rhiannon, Ruari Kelsey as Mr Reece/Villager, Colette Lennon as Jane, Ruthie Luff as Sue, Ryan Lynch as Dave, Clodagh Meary as Cara, Matthew McCabe as Jim, Emily Peach as Mary and Leah Pinney as Mab.
Robert McWhir directs with musical direction from Michael Webborn, choreography by Robbie O’Reilly and lighting by Richard Lambert.
