Sierra Boggess to star in It Shoulda Been You on Broadway

It has been announced that former West End Frame intervieweeSierra Boggess will star in It Shoulda Been You on Broadway. The musical will begin performances at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on 17th March 2015 ahead of an official opening on 14th April 2015.

Boggess joins Tyne Daly, Harriet Harris, Lisa Howard, Edward Hibbert and Steve Rosen in the cast. Her Broadway credits include The Little Mermaid, The Phantom of the Opera and Master Class. In the West End  Boggess has starred in Love Never Dies and Les Miserables as well as leading the cast of The Phantom of the Opera's 25th Anniversary concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

Featuring music by Barbra Anselmi and a book and lyrics by Brian Hargrove, It Shoulda Been You follows a Jewish bride (Boggess) as she readies to marry her Catholic boyfriend (Burtka). When the bride’s ex-boyfriend shows up, the perfect wedding starts to unravel, leaving the sister of the bride to turn a tangled mess into happily ever after.
